The Gonzi family's expertise in renovating other farmsteads has been meticulously applied to Le Fontanelle's restoration, culminating in its final refurbishment in 2003. The restoration encapsulates original stonework, brickwork, terracotta flooring, and a Tuscan wooden furnishings and antiques collection.

The sprawling lawn, predominantly grassy, purposefully preserves the valley's expansive openness, ensuring an unobstructed view.
