The spacious property of over 900 square meters of living space includes mature gardens, a large swimming pool, a children's play area, vineyards, and paved terraces.

This luxurious property has retained all its charm, with raw stone walls co-existing comfortably with sumptuous furnishings and technology. Interior low glass walls allow for the unencumbered flow and texture of this elegant building. It’s a happy marriage of rustic charm and contemporary style.

The large property has six beautiful bedrooms, five with ensuite bathrooms. Each room is unique and has views across the stunning green Tuscan landscapes. Anytime is perfect for a trip to Italy, and Tuscany is the most visited region in Italy for its history, wine, food views, coastline, and medieval hilltop communities.

Pianvecchio is one of the most beautiful private villas with a pool that you will find in the region. The Villa has a flourishing wine estate in Radda with a cellar filled with bottles. If you are a wine buff, you will love taking a taste tour through the region's wines. Start at Pianvecchio with a wonderfully curated tasting provided for you and your group. It's both informative and delicious!

The grandeur of this large farmhouse is found in the living rooms with fireplaces, covered terraces, and vaulted ceilings. Each day you will discover more unique features and beauty in this lovely property. In addition to the modern technological comforts that have been discreetly added, there is a well-equipped gym and wellness area.

As a guest of the Villa, you can visit the historic towns of Siena, San Gimignano, and Florence. Or stay closer to home and explore the local quaint towns, Renaissance castles, and villages.

The property has the permanence and solidity of a home of this style, but the interiors are light and airy. Large glass windows and doors bring the best of light into the interiors, illuminating soft neutral, and jewel tones. The terraces and garden areas provide alfresco dining options and lazy relaxed seating spaces.

The outdoor barbecue and pizza oven on one side of the Villa are amenities that contribute to the holiday atmosphere in Pianvecchio. The outdoor children's play area and dining pavilion occupy the other side of the Villa, ideal for parents who like to relax but keep a watchful eye on their frolicking bambinos. For a large group, there are spaces for guests to gather and socialize or quieter places for individuals to experience solitude.

The indoor dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 guests. A mobile bar in this space is also perfect for a fun, celebratory event. The ground floor has a lovely sitting room with a TV and an open fire. The fully-equipped kitchen has five gas burners, induction cooking with two burners, and a table that will seat six.

The Villa's Lower Floor can be accessed by elevator and stairs. This large space has a gym with weights, a vogatore, a cyclette, yoga equipment, and a TV. The lower level also has a Wellness area with its Turkish bath. There's a shower and WC on this level. The wine cellar with wines you can purchase is also at this level. Plus, the laundry area.

On the Villa's first floor, there is another sitting room with divans, armchairs, Smart-TV and fireplace, a bar with glasses, a wine fridge, an ice maker, and a little fridge.

The Estate is enclosed and is accessed via a gate, creating another sense of self-containment that ensures a welcoming sense of privacy.
