This 7 bedroom, 10,500 square foot home features gorgeous lounge spaces sheltered by grand palapas, a fully-equipped ocean view wet bar, spectacular pool terrace and every comfort and amenity imaginable, all just steps away from the sand and surf of the Sea of Cortez. Villa Las Rocas is able to sleep a total of 8 couples and 6 children, under the age of 12. ?

Inside, the spacious open-concept living and dining areas sit under the shade of a massive palapa that opens right onto the pool terrace.
