Dating back to the 1400s, the main villa was once owned by the Counts Castelli Mandosi Mignanelli, a now-extinct family, and has been inherited by their granddaughter, Resy Fani Ciotti. The villa features 13 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique color scheme and decor, accommodating up to 26 guests. It is an ideal venue for weddings, business meetings, and film events.

Additionally, the villa includes a dependance with a view of the entire property. This option is available if the guest count exceeds 26, offering three more double bedrooms to accommodate up to 32 guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.

The villa's interiors are meticulously designed, with the ground floor featuring a grand hall and three interconnecting dining rooms furnished with elegant tables and fine services. Various lounges are spread across the different floors, each offering a unique space for relaxation and socializing.
