Welcome to Sunny Villa Chicca, as the name says, a real treat. Villa Chicca is located right at the water’s edge, radiating the quintessential Lake Como charm with its bright yellow façade and stone balustrade topped with friendly flowerpots. It is reminiscent of that other Lake Como gem – Villa Balbianello – which forms part of the villa’s panoramic views. Whether you are wading on its pebble beach, lounging on its covered veranda or venturing out on the nearby public boat, Villa Chicca lives up to its name as ‘house of treats’!

The grounds of the property and leafy green garden will have you living life ‘al fresco’ style, which Italy is all about. What better place than Villa Chicca’s well-manicured gardens, furnished covered terrace and sweet pebble beach! Lezzeno, the village center, is only a short stroll away, so you’re never far from a great cappuccino, a meal of fresh fish or wood-fired pizza and the chance to rub shoulders with the Lake Como locals. Whether you choose to venture out on your own or utilize the public boat service, this area’s quaint villages and must-see sights are all within easy reach.

Villa Chicca was constructed to maximize the surrounding views with three floors of living space, where each room, terrace and balcony were carefully designed. The ground floor kitchen has a breakfast table and access to the covered terrace for long lazy lake-view meals. The open-plan living/dining space has plenty of room for entertaining the whole group, with the added charm of period antiques. On the second floor you will find two comfortable queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom, along with a family bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and two step-out balconies. One of Villa Chicca’s most popular ‘treats’ is the third-floor penthouse with its sloped timber-beamed ceilings and Villa Balbianello views. The penthouse sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed, making this floor into a private suite of sorts with its own shower room and convenient workstation.

One of the best features of Villa Chicca is it’s peaceful location right on Lake Como, in the northern part of the village of Lezzeno, just 3 miles from Bellagio; the Pearl of Lake Como. From the Villa, you and your guests can enjoy a stunning view of one of the lake’s most renowned villas, Villa Balbianello. Villa Chicca is set inside its own private grounds and is within a short walking distance to the village center of Lezzeno. You will have access to a grocery store, a bar for your breakfast cappuccino and several restaurants including a pizzeria. The dock of the public boats is not too far away in the centre of the Village, where the passenger boat and hydrofoil are waiting to whisk you off to the many towns and villages that sit on the shores of Lake Como. The lakeside road also gives you easy access to nearby Bellagio and the other neighbouring towns of Nesso, Pognana and Faggetto Lario, to mention just a few.
