This six-bedroomed, elegant property commands a stunning location overlooking the lush plains of Montepulciano and Pienza. Villa Benefizio is an air-conditioned, magical combination of modernity and sophistication with all the beauty of a traditional Italian country estate.

The spacious Villa and exquisitely landscaped grounds feature a beautiful outdoor pool, Italianate gardens, sweeping lawns, organic vegetable gardens, and many shaded and sunny places where guests can relax and imbibe the serenity.

Up to 12 guests can enjoy exploring the 400 square meters of living space. Following pretty, paved, meandering pathways that flow through banks of lavender and other scented shrubs. Stroll beneath a century-old olive grove, pick some delicious fresh vegetables from the organic patch to adorn your table, step into the majestic infinity pool, and take in the fabulous views of the ancient landscape.

Visitors searching for a deeper sense of wellbeing will adore the wellness center with a heated pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, and fabulous views of the gardens. This beautiful space can be enjoyed by day or at night.

Throughout, the Villa has been restored to retain all its original grace. Natural wooden-beamed ceilings and the russet tiled floors frame each room's stylish furnishings and features. The Villa is set over two levels, connected by an elevator and staircase. Three of the bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are on the upper level. The Villa has two kitchens, one on each level. There is also a living room on each level where guests can relax, watch TV, or access Netflix.

Architecturally, Villa Benefizio is stunning. The guard-tower walls, which go back to the 16th century, meld seamlessly with the newer aspects of this unique property. The Villa is a private and serene place by day, where guests can lounge in the sun or shade by the pool, take a run or walk along the fenced 1.5km trail, dine at several places on the various terraces, or simply sit listening to birdsong.

At night, the Villa transforms into a tranquil cocoon. Clever lighting systems throughout the property bring the various settings to life. The pool area is an oasis of romantic beauty; the spa is lit to allow guests to enjoy the heated pool, sauna, and spa. The various pathways have discreet lights that make an after-dinner stroll a thing of beauty!
