Welcome to Tenuta Le Selve, a destination vacation experience overlooking the mesmerizing Lake Garda. This historic property comprises two self-contained Villas providing luxurious amenities, private pools, exquisite indoor spaces, and dramatic terrace views. Tenuta Le Selve is an exquisite hilltop estate on the western shores of Lake Garda. The property sits 300m above lake level, surrounded by a large olive grove and orchards. The beautiful gardens and farmland are well-maintained, offering privacy and space for languid walks and exploration.

The elegant Villa Storica is at the heart of this wonderful Estate. Designed in the '20s by Giancarlo Maroni, acclaimed architect of the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the Italian Poet Gabriele D'Annunzio. This spacious and architecturally important property has been lovingly and tastefully modernized to provide the necessary amenities discerning travelers require.

The exquisite Villa Storica has four large bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning. Two of these elegant bedrooms have balconies with fabulous lake views.

The Villa's ground floor has spacious living areas, including piano and billiard rooms. The original Venetian floors are beautifully restored, and the original fireplaces add a stately element to the spaces. The kitchen has wonderful views of Monte Baldo, which overlooks the southern shores of Lake Garda.

Adjacent to Villa Storica is the equally stunning Villa Le Selve. This property has been tastefully created to provide luxurious comfort for its guests. This self-contained property has three double bedrooms with the possibility of adding two extra beds.

The living room, the dining room, and the modern kitchen are airy and bright with beautiful lake views. The outdoor pool has unimpeded lake views, and beside it is a lovely wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna, a shower, and a jacuzzi.

Each Villa has a self-contained ambiance ideal for two families or a multigeneration group traveling together. Both villas have gorgeous outdoor pools that overlook the majesty of Lake Garda. There are also outdoor hot tubs on the respective terraces, a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of pleasure and adventure.

The indoor and outdoor dining spaces are beautiful. A more formal setting indoors can suit older guests. Still, for the full Italian alfresco dining experience, guests can meet on the terrace of Villa Storica for an Aperol Spritz or Negroni before a barbecue or buffet supper.

The large Estate grounds are home to a mature olive grove, orchards, and fruit shrubs. You are invited to enjoy and include the ripe produce in your daily dining experiences.

Each morning you will receive a basket of fresh bread and pastries to start your day in style. An early morning swim is unforgettable, followed by this bakery treat and complimentary coffee.

A few kilometers from the Tenuta Le Selve is the spectacular Gardone Riviera. Pretty lake-side communes, small villages, picturesque cobbled streets, and lemon groves are all part of the ingredients of this fabulous destination. Ferries that crisscross Garda can be accessed at various points close to your residence, and you explore Lake Garda.

The hills around Garda are ideal for hiking, biking, climbing, golf, horseback riding, and paragliding. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, and kayaking are all enjoyed at the Lake. So much to do!

On arrival, guests are met by an Estate representative. You will be given an iPad with internet access. The iPad also contains useful tips and information about the Estate. The Estate has a Concierge Service accessible by telephone, offering invaluable local knowledge to help you maximize your time in the region.
