The property was designed in the twenties by Giancarlo Maroni, famous as the architect of the "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the Italian Poet Gabriele D'Annunzio. Only a few minutes' drive away is Gardone Riviera - the "garden city" with the Vittoriale degli Italiani while Verona is just a short 1-hour drive away.
