The main facade of the building, facing south towards the large basin of Mount Orfano, faces the entrance courtyard. The architecture of the façade, simple and linear, is characterized by three short stairways in sandstone and morainic pebbles, which lead to the portico, outlined by three arches with lowered arches and Tuscan columns.

In the heart of the Franciacorta vineyards with its renowned wineries, a short distance from suggestive cities of art: Bergamo, Brescia, Parma, Piacenza, Verona, Mantua, Padua, and Venice. From the entrance porch of the villa, you enter the vaulted rooms, which still retain the original structure and the beautiful imposing seventeenth-century fireplaces. This sensational villa is accessed by a private gate that leads to a large open space, surrounded by flower beds of hydrangeas and roses, in front of the porch of the house with a view from above of the property vineyard. The private swimming pool at the villa is located in the property's back garden. The villa is spread across three floors. The rooms are furnished with antiques, bookcases, and a piano and are equipped with large fireplaces.

Finally, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a service bedroom with its bathroom.

VILLA LAYOUT DETAILS:
On the villa's first floor, there is a sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with separate beds. Among these five bedrooms, two have an adjoining sitting room with an additional sofa bed, reaching a total of 12 beds. Four bathrooms can be accessed from the corridors.

On the second floor, there are four other bedrooms and two bathrooms, reaching eight beds. All rooms and bathrooms are complete with linens.
