This lovely Villa has a secluded location, gifting guests with wonderful privacy. The façade of the building is soft golden stone, with beautiful red painted window shutters. The terraces and grounds are spacious and lovingly maintained.

The beautiful interior design features are understated and unfussy yet high-quality. Rich fabrics with soft textures and muted tones complement the tiles and original country house features. A grand L-shaped living room with deep sofas, open fires, TVs, and soft lighting makes this roomy space feel quite cozy.

On the upper floor is a cleverly designed second living room space with comfy sofas and another TV, ideal for a break-away group to watch a movie and hang out. Guests will adore the light and airy interiors of the property and the fabulous views that greet guests from each window and door.

Large indoor dining space and a fabulous outdoor dining area beneath a pergola are great for group get-togethers. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The property has seven beautiful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Six bedrooms are in the main house, with one additional room in the adjacent annex. Five bedrooms are on the upper floor of the main house. There is an additional bedroom at ground level in the main house. The Annex is a one-story building near the main house and offers a further bedroom and bathroom.

Entertaining at Rubirossa is pleasurable. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for meal preparation and has access to the outdoor terrace and indoor dining space. A barbecue grill on the terrace is ideal for fun, lazy lunches and dinners. If you like creating bespoke pizza, you have a pizza oven in the Annex ready to support your talents. The estate has a wonderful vegetable garden, and guests are invited to use the seasonal produce. The distance from the field to the plate couldn’t be shorter!

As you are in the heart of Tuscany, you can easily stock up on amazing food and wine for use at the Villa. Each night as you and your group sit beneath the stars, listening to the stillness all around, the flavors of each decadent mouthful are richer and more intense.
