Rose Dog Estate is a duo-villa property in Deve that overlooks the coastline and the spectacular sunrises. Villas Rose Dog and La Magnifica accommodate guests in six air-conditioned guestrooms, spacious verandas, and two beautiful swimming pools, resulting in a perfect destination to share a memorable vacation in the Caribbean with friends or relatives. Please note: Laundry is an additional cost at all villas in St Barts.
Rose Dog Estate gracefully blends ultimate comfort and the finest luxury in the center of the rolling hills facing the vast blue ocean. The two villas at this luxurious estate may accommodate parties of up to twelve people in six air-conditioned guestrooms with adjoining bathrooms. They are all decorated with king-size beds and HDTVs that offer the most sophisticated luxury. Each guestroom, spread throughout many levels, is secluded and peaceful and presents breathtaking ocean views or verdant flora.
The expansive living areas of both villas invite guests with comfy sofas, plush armchairs, HDTVs, snug corners, and calming lighting. The ambiance is peaceful, modern, and sumptuous all at the same, with broad doors onto the terrace softly allowing in the sea breeze. Each villa also features a well-equipped kitchen furnished with a bar and stools where you can prepare exquisite meals for yourself or hire a private chef to allow you to kick back and relax while taking in the breathtaking panoramas. The view of the ocean is magnificent from every angle.
Villas Rose Dog and La Magnifica boast spacious verandas facing the astonishingly gorgeous scenery. The outdoor dining rooms are perched beneath the shaded areas and, therefore, ideal for delightful al fresco meals with company or intimate moments in the ambiance within one of the villas, as desired. Guests may unwind in the two gorgeous swimming pools and absorb the island's rays on the sundecks and outdoor loungers, in addition to the grass areas softly caressed by St. Barts' tropical air. The pleasant ambiance is serene and restful in a dreamy landscape of palm trees, banana trees, and native vegetation.

LOCATION DETAILS
This estate is perched in Vitet on the island of Saint Barts. Marigot Beach and Grand Cul de Sac Beach are only a few minutes away by car.
Marigot Beach, flanked by coconut trees, is a serene conservation area with magnificent clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is generally quiet and wind-sheltered, which makes it perfect for docking small recreational boats.
Grand Cul De Sac is a gorgeous lagoon that is renowned amongst families. A tiny, well-protected harbor encircles the beach; the sea is mild and tranquil. It includes various restaurants, hotels, and water activities like a windsurfing rental station. If you would like, you may even join a kite surfing lesson!
