The luxurious villa Pastels in St Barts is a single-story home that faces the ocean and was constructed around a magnificent swimming pool on the slopes of Vitet. Each room is large and has wide openings that allow for the mild trade breezes and natural sunlight, generating an incredibly relaxing ambiance.
The living area, adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, has a dining room that can seat up to 10 people for an exquisite meal. The living area is cozy and decorated with a plush sofa and comfortable armchairs. Here the view of the pool creates a very serene and elegant sensation.
The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil beneath the tall, whitewashed mansard roof.
Four of the air-conditioned guestrooms of the elegant Pastels property open onto the veranda. Each guestroom features a private bathroom, one of which has an indoor and an outdoor shower. The fourth guestroom features twin beds, while the other three feature luxurious king-sized beds. Pastels is a delightful sanctuary in front of the ocean, owing to the white and beige hues, the warm hardwoods, and the elegance of the polished concrete.
The veranda of Pastels is a spacious teak deck outfitted with plush lounge chairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool with stairs in the center sparkles in the Caribbean sun and is encircled by numerous palm trees and other native and exotic plants. A relaxing hammock sheltered beneath a lovely pergola that filters the sun's rays is on the terrace, allowing you to take in the warm Caribbean breeze completely. Guests can enjoy drinking a cocktail outdoors while admiring the breathtaking scenery.

LOCATION DETAILS:
The Vitet neighborhood in St. Bart has long been a well-kept secret. It is perched high in the hills with views of the Grand Fond Valley to the south and the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon to the north. Recently, several new St Barts Villas have made this incredibly quiet and remote area accessible to tourists looking for breathtaking vistas, sunny days, and starry nights.
Less than ten minutes distant, Saline and Lorient are the closest beaches. The supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, and seafood stands in Lorient make grocery shopping simple. It takes approx. 15 to 20 minutes to travel to Gustavia, the island's breathtaking coastal capital.
