Many of the plants and trees that surround the property are also a salvage of past times. They have been given new life and are the main features that give Casa Minotto a lush and tropical ambience which is enhanced by a wooden deck with a heated infinity pool that marries very well with the gardens surrounding it.

The deck is furnished with comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing or taking a nap while basking in the warmth of the Caribbean sun. Large umbrellas are also available to provide shade to shelter from the hottest hours of the day while enjoying a good book and a cooling drink. If you and your family are up for a chat, a cozy sunken sitting area offers the perfect spot for catching up. When outdoor dining is on the cards, a very convenient covered terrace in front of the kitchen provides the perfect setting for a night of good food (which might include a barbecue!) and good fun.

The redesign of Casa Minotto was thought out in a way that it allows a natural fluidity in between the indoors and the outdoors. Open spaces interconnected by ample doors to the outside, make it a perfect home for everyone to enjoy, no matter where in the public spaces of the house you are. An American-style kitchen outfitted with modern kitchen appliances, is directly connected to the terrace and the indoor dining area, which can sit up to 10 guests. The brand new living area is furnished with large comfy sofas that invite relaxation and is connected directly with the outdoor deck, giving amazing natural light and the most amazing views of the area. This home offers a carefully curated collection of art, artifacts and design objects that enhance its already cozy interior.

Each of the bedrooms occupies its own freestanding bungalow for privacy and has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor space. The two master bedrooms are the most spacious, and the third bedroom is comfortable for an adult couple. The fourth bedroom is more suitable for teenagers or staff, given its small size and low bathroom ceiling. They are all uniquely decorated, imprinting each of them with their own “personality”, but all with luxury finishes, warm colour palettes and ideal setups.
