This imposing building has six acres of olive groves and wild landscaping. Closer to the Villa are neatly tended lawns, courtyards, roof terraces, flower-decked bowers, and cute shaded spaces, where guests can sit quietly with a glass of wine, chat, or admire Apulia's natural beauty.

Villa Pietrana has a beautiful private pool with surrounding sunbeds and casual seating. This place is perfect for relaxation, coupled with a refreshing dip. NOTE:
• Security Deposit: € 3,000 to be held at the agency.
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor's Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location). It may be applied for the first seven days at the destination. This tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• Pets allowed at owner's discretion €500 per week (to be paid in cash at arrival).
• Extra services booked locally must be paid before departure unless otherwise arranged.
• The above rates are for up to 12 occupants. Normally, there is a minimum stay at this property of 7 nights, but this policy can vary across seasons.
• A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. The remaining payment is due no later than 90 days before arrival.

Stunning Apulia has the longest coastline of all the mainland Italian regions. The ambient shores of the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet on the southern tip of this unique location.
