Welcome to Petit Topaz, a private one-bedroom villa along the coast of Anguilla. This stunning and secluded villa can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Petit Topaz is our smallest property and is best suited for 2 adults and, say, 2 small children. It is the perfect choice for a couple or newlyweds on their honeymoon as the villa provides you with a romantic setting right by the Caribbean Sea. Located in the West End, this villa is ideally located for you to enjoy the tropical island lifestyle here in Anguilla.

The villa is part of Altamer’s stunning beachfront resort and includes access to the resort facilities with the added privacy of your own stand-alone villa. The resort includes a fitness center and two tennis courts.

Making your way to the villa you will find it tucked away in a secluded enclave at the resort. The modern villa provides you with all you will require for the perfect Caribbean vacation. It offers 675-square-foot per floor, with a spacious private living space and bedroom on the ground floor. The loft offers and additional sleeping space, as well as a lounge area and kitchenette upstairs.

Out in the courtyard there is 265 square feet of private, enclosed outdoor space and an outdoor hot tub. Slip into the bubble water as you enjoy a cocktail at sunset or perhaps make your way to the white sandy beach via the villa’s exclusive walkway to the beach. Enjoy the white sandy beach here in Shoal bay as you relax and soak in this tropical and luxurious way of living.

The villa also offers a digital sound system with over 30,000 songs, speakers throughout the villas, LCD TVs, Broadband and wireless internet connections. All the villas indoor areas are fully air-conditioned. The Bedrooms include the master suite downstairs and an additional sleeping loft upstairs.

Petit Topaz is located on the island of Anguilla in the West End near Shoal Bay. The villa situated close to Shoal Bay West beach, one of the best beaches for the stunning Anguilla sunsets. The beach has powdery white sand along the shoreline and offers clear turquoise waters to swim in.
