Welcome to our 5-bedroom villa Modena located in Cove Bay, with stunning views of the Caribbean sea. The villa has the most beautiful design with lots of open space throughout the 25,000 total square foot property.

Guests feel like they have entered paradise as they pass through the double gates at the entrance of Modena. All the spaces flow seamlessly into each other, and the domed ceilings and cobalt glass spiral staircase are impressive and a gorgeous feature of the villa. The villa is located between the Cap Juluca Hotel and CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa, so is in a fantastic location.

The villa has its own private tennis court for guest use, along with a contoured infinity swimming pool, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool. The villa has a fully equipped entertainment system, Wifi, and a fitness room.

The villa has a stunning, fully equipped kitchen with a center island ideal for having breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

Modena’s main house offers three levels, the basement level, which consists of the maid living quarters, laundry room, and a garage for up to five cars. The ground level has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, living room, sitting room, and dining room. This level also has two bedrooms which are both ensuite and have an outdoor shower and jacuzzi.

The Master suite is located on the upper level with an outdoor living space along with a stunning ensuite bathroom. The guest house has two more additional bedrooms that are also ensuite and have their own patio.

The villa comes with daily maid service and laundry service, along with a complimentary automobile at your disposal. The villa is only a 4-minute walk to Cove Bay Beach.
