Welcome to Ostuni Art Resort, a beautiful resort located in Puglia in Italy. This incredible home offers 7 bedrooms spread across three beautiful homes, The Trulli, The Lamia, and The Saraceno.

Ostuni Art Resort is a great example of beautiful local rural architecture. The Trulli was built over 200 years ago adding character to your luxury vacation. They have now been renovated to the highest standard allowing you and your guests to enjoy the beauty and rustic charm of your home while also living in pure comfort and beauty. The homes were restored with the finest of quality materials and are equipped with all the amenities and features you will need for a perfect vacation in this Italian paradise.

The Ostuni Art Resort offers three separate buildings to its guests, each of which is home to a different environment and atmosphere that will be suited to each guest. These unique villas benefit from common areas which fuse them together. These include a large kitchen, a living room, a pool, and other outdoor areas, a BBQ, and a wood-burning stove. All these spaces are inviting and offer a perfect place for families and friends to gather together and spend a magical vacation in privacy and peace.

The property offers 7 bedrooms in total as well as a sleeping area in the living room. There are also 2 kitchens, and 3 living rooms, one of which is very large and is ideal for the entire group to gather. The resort also enjoys plenty of outdoor spaces that surround a large pool.

The pathway running through ancient olive groves is bordered by dry stone walls on both sides. Beyond an unassuming gate amid a sunny clearing, the Ostuni Art Resort comes into view, pure perfection. The complex is so at one with nature that it blends seamlessly into the fertile landscape that surrounds it.

In addition to the large swimming pool at the property, guests can keep in shape using the small, well-equipped gym inside the pool house. There’s a treadmill, exercise bike, weights, and floor mats so if you wish to stay active while on vacation, you can do so here. The ping-pong table outside guarantees fun as well. Anyone who loves the great outdoors will love taking a guided hike or going biking; and then of course there’s always sailing or diving, with the sea being so nearby.

THE TRULLI
The Trulli building was built over 200 years ago in 1800 but has been renovated to a luxurious standard for you and your guests. The home now houses the kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals inspired by Italian cuisine. 4 trulli have been added to this environment and were rebuilt on the previous ruins, where there are two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a newly built large living room overlooking the pool, covered with a wooden attic, and equipped with a fireplace, which is useful for cool evenings or off-season.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with a small wardrobe, safe, possibility to add an extra single bed, en suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with direct access to the outdoor, small wardrobe (other closets out of the bedroom), possibility to add an extra single bed and en suite bathroom with a very big shower and two windows.

Fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar and working fireplace and exit to the outdoor. 5 steps down to the dining room with a table seating 20, spacious and bright TV room, and living area with a working fireplace and very big French doors opening to the swimming pool area.

THE LAMI
The wonderfully renovated lamia, or former farm building, and the five trulli form the architectural backbone of the resort. In these structures, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each is individually designed, equipped with the most modern of comforts, and decorated with high-end furniture and luxurious textiles.

Bedroom 3: double bed (bed size 180cmx200cm) with safe and exit to the outdoor area (the BBQ area), with en suite bathroom with big shower and window. Small wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: double bed (bed size 180cmx200cm) with exit to the outdoor, en suite bathroom with shower (1 step up) and window.
Bedroom 5: double bed (bed size 180cmx200cm) with direct access to the outdoor area (toward the Trullo Saraceno), wardrobe hollowed in the stone, en suite bathroom with shower and window. From the bathroom, there are 14 steps leading to the panoramic roof.
Bedroom 6: 2 bunk beds (bed size 90cmx200 each bed), direct access to the outdoor, en suite bathroom with a big shower and window.

THE SARACENO
The Trullo Saraceno is a beautiful home nestled away and boasts its own private veranda. There are olive groves and flowering grasslands that surround the home and immediately transform into a lush, well-tended lawn – a wonderful spot to relax, play and sunbathe. Spend your evenings relaxing and lounging under the warm sun.

Living room: is equipped with a double bed (bed size 180cmx200cm) and working fireplace, the possibility to add an extra single bed.
Small kitchen with a table (there is no door separating the living area from the kitchen). Exit to the outdoor area with a small, covered table perfect for breakfast.

HOLIDAY CABIN Located in front of the swimming pool. It hosts a double bed (bed size 180cmx200cm), wardrobe, desk and chair, en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is suitable for staff traveling with the guests.
