Welcome to Maison l’Archipel, a beautiful 4-bedroom villa located on the highest point of Fira in Santorini with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the Santorini volcano.

Maison l’Archipel is characterized by amazing neoclassical features including thick walls, vaulted roofs, domes and arches, elegant and modern décor combined with antique furniture and authentic ornaments giving the house a quirky and interesting atmosphere. The luxury villa emits a glorious, aristocratic past and the perfect view creates a wonderful space to relax and unwind.

The villa is made up of the Main House and Guest Studio and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, tranquility and privacy.

Maison l’Archipel is conveniently located close to the Fira, the capital of Santorini. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre. The property’s location is in the most unspoiled part of the old town and offers incredible town and sea views from the private terrace.

There is lots to do on this wonderful picturesque island and we would highly recommend walking Skaros Rock - especially at sunset - the views are incredible!

Nadia is the friendly housekeeper who freshly prepares breakfast each day and services the house daily between 9 am and 3 pm. Nadia is also available to carry out laundry services if you and your guests require.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor whilst the 3rd is located on the upper floor with amazing views of the volcano. This upstairs bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to convert to a King-sized bed. The bathroom for this room is located on the ground level and can also be used as a guest bathroom.

The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is connected to the dining area which boasts a splendid cross vaulted high ceiling, a medieval Spanish style wooden table and chairs, gold plated mirror and an original Venetian chandelier. The comfortable living area offers spectacular views of the town, the sea and the volcano and features a marble fireplace along with books and board games to keep entertained. The living areas of Maison l’Archipel offer a distinctly traditional and homely feel. The living spaces open out to the private terrace.

The guest studio is accessed via the terrace of Maison l’Archipel and offers guests privacy. This lovely air conditioned cosy studio has its own private entrance yet is on the same level as the main house. It has a private veranda and can accommodate two people in a double bed which can be made into twin beds if necessary. The studio also has a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoor living plays an important part in life in Greece, and especially in the Aegean archipelago. Maison l’Archipel ensures guests can make the most of the outdoor space with built-in benches and alfresco dining. Why not enjoy your freshly prepared breakfast with the stunning caldera backdrop?

Seating options include the ‘Morning Table’ with its cool and all-time classic “Kafeneion” chairs painted in earthy colors, the relaxing chaises-longue made of teak wood at the front terrace and the beautiful polished cement table which can seat up to 10 guests. The villa is surrounded by islets of gardens, planted with a variety of endemic plant species: pomegranate tree, oleanders, hibiscus and bougainvilleas along with a fan of aromatic plants, such as basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, lavender and mint.

An outdoor Jacuzzi offers guests the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the magnificent island.
