Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom villa Lao, situated in Corossol within a short drive from the beach and shopping. The villa is located high in the hills and offers the most gorgeous sunset view.

There is a double garage on the lower level that features a stairway that brings you to the main level. The living area that is inside the villa is separated into two areas. The fully equipped modern kitchen is on one side and there is a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living and dining area which opens up to the ocean views and pool terrace.

Lao has a gorgeous spacious terrace that features a heated infinity pool, a cosy gazebo that is the perfect space for Alfresco dining and watching the sunset. The villa also has an air-conditioned media room and a well-equipped fitness room for those who like to work out while on vacation.

The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms that all feature a king-size bed, U.S and French satellite TV, Apple Tv, iPod docking stations and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi. The bedroom that is located upstairs has a great ocean view. The second bedroom is located behind the living area and the third bedroom is on the lower level of the villa with its own private entrance.

There is a small garden on the other side of the terrace with a waterfall which is a lovely feature. The villa also features a BBQ, Gas Grill, Sonos sound system and Wifi.

Corossol is like the old St Barths and this is where a lot of locals of the island would reside. It is a beautiful fishing village and you can see a lot of boats in the harbour when you go swimming at the beach. It is still a popular beach with locals and regular visitors due to its calm waters.

Gustavia is only a 10 min drive from Lao and is the capital of St Barths. There is a wide range of designer shopping available in this area along with plenty of gourmet restaurants and bars.

Another very popular area is St Jean and it is only a 5 min drive from Lao and St Jean beach would also be extremely popular.

The villa comes with daily maid service 6 days per week excluding Sundays and public holidays.
