The indoor living space is very spacious with ample seating areas and can also be closed off in order to take advantage of the air conditioning. The glass walls slide open so that it merges seamlessly with the terrace, which has both shaded and sunny areas for sunbathing and lounging. The terrace also features a 20-meter-long heated pool which is perfect for an afternoon dip on those warm Caribbean days.

The villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a cold room for meal preparation. Exceptional Villas concierge can also arrange for a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. Villa Utopic is a fantastic villa for parties and events.

The bedrooms and shared spaces at villa Utopic have wide-angle views over Corossol Beach and the harbor of Gustavia, which are beautiful at certain times of the year as the vistas turn into striking sunset panoramas.

The villa has five bedrooms, all featuring king or queen beds, ensuite bathrooms, and sea views. One of the bedrooms is located on the main level, and the other two bedrooms are located upstairs, with an elevator to access them.

Villa Utopic is located very close to Corossol Beach, which is a very calm beach and suitable for children. A pontoon on the beach can be used for anchoring annexes from big yachts up to 14 m long.
