This luxury 4 bedroom villa is just two minutes drive from the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac and all the beach restaurants including the Guanahani Hotel where you can enjoy lunch right on the beach followed by an afternoon spa.

Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay and the water is warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.

This is a brand new white colonial-style villa, with a touch of contemporary style. The white decor and open-air feel add to its ambience. This home’s recent renovation reflects the vibrant blue and green hues of the sea, an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation.

As you enter the villa you will see the large pool and deck area offering a perfect place to splash about or enjoy a relaxing day in the sunshine. From the entrance, we have been charmed by the white limestone floor, and the view on the lagoon from all rooms, terraces, and living room. The indoor living room and fully equipped kitchen open to an outdoor living and dining area beside the large pool and sunny terrace.

The villa comes with four air-conditioned bedrooms with an en suite bathroom and shower. Each bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV with DVD player, French satellite. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs in a separate bungalow with a private terrace and 2 deck chairs.
