Welcome to Villa Kaz, a luxurious three-bedroomed, self-contained property on the beautiful island of St Barths. This bright, airy vacation home is nestled in the hills above the beautiful Cul de Sac lagoon. Kaz is surrounded by lovely mature gardens that provide guests privacy and seclusion while framing the turquoise sea's dramatic and ever-changing views.

This newly built Villa has been designed across three levels, with the swimming pool and terrace immediately in front of the living, dining, and kitchen space. This building can open on three sides, allowing the trade winds to breeze through the room. The living room has an attractive lounge area with vaulted ceilings where guests can hang out, watch the HDTV and socialize. The adjacent kitchen is sleek and beautifully finished with dark natural wood finishes. Kaz’s dining space is outdoors beneath a retractable awning allowing guests to dine in sun or shade.

In addition to the formal kitchen, there’s a Plancha, perfect for guests who like to cook outdoors. Kaz's wonderfully open style of living links the outdoor and indoor spaces seamlessly. Relaxing on the terrace, refreshing swimming in the long pool, or sunbathing are all achieved while enjoying the magnificent ocean views. The surrounding hills light up at night, and guests can wind down on the terrace with a long, leisurely dinner and drinks.

The hillside location of Kaz ensures plenty of sun each day. The main building has high-grade sun loungers and seating that can be moved into the direct sun or kept in the shade beneath the wooden pergola.

Short exterior stairs lead from the main terrace to the Villa’s three bedrooms. These steps pass private garden spaces filled with lush foliage and palm trees. Two bedrooms are in an air-conditioned bungalow at a level just below the main living building. The third air-conditioned building is reached on a level immediately above the main living building.

Each of the bedrooms is spacious, with a private ensuite bathroom. There are fabulous gardens and sea views from the bedroom terraces; guests enjoy a wonderful sense of peace and serenity. The nearby Grand Cul de Sac beach is a fabulous place to swim, snorkel and listen to the gentle roll of the waves.
