Epicure Villa offers magnificent 180-degree ocean views extending all the way to St. Martin on clearer days. The scale of the villa becomes apparent on the ride up the driveway when the massive villa becomes apparent. There is ample parking: the lower level has a parking garage and the upper level has a generous circular parking area just behind the pool.

The two levels of the fully air-conditioned villa are separated by a massive staircase. The spacious main room is on the upper level and has three distinct sections: a large lounge area with two oversized sectionals, the indoor dining area, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen, cornered by a breakfast bar. Just outside is the extensive deck with the 66' long, heated infinity pool.

This home offers three beautiful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom that is also on the upper level. Each room offers privacy for all guests as well as a retreat after a long day of exploring. The primary master suite includes an outdoor rain shower. The additional four bedrooms are on the lower level; three have an ensuite bathroom, while the last has a bathroom across the hallway.

Outside the lower bedrooms is a large, semi-circular, covered terrace, which is ideal for a work-out or a yoga session, allowing you to feel refreshed and revitalized before your adventures begin for the day. While each room is slightly different, they all come with ample closet space or dressing area, a European king-sized bed, a U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and a sound system. All you could require for a cozy night in is provided for you.
