This home will be a base for you and your guests, from which you can explore all that the exceptional island of Sicily has to offer. From extraordinary beaches and charming towns, this island has everything you could wish for and more.

This fantastic home is set on a cliff looking at the enchanting town of Cefalu in the distance. The house was restored in the 1950s and was birthed into a home where comfort and luxury were at the epicentre. Here you can enjoy a slow-living lifestyle and enjoy authentic Italian culture.

The bright interiors, clean and uncluttered, welcome the guests to a superb stay. The unique, inspiring character of the villa is achieved by using a soothing colour palette, a mix of vintage floor tiles, contemporary sofas, and restored furniture, all combined into a harmonic modernist design.

Dione is located only 10 minutes from Cefalù and has access to the water via a few minutes’ walk on the private stepped path. One hundred fifty meters away, a typical farmer house is the annexe of the main villa and hosts four extra guests. A convenient beach establishment and a sandy private hideaway are both available to enjoy the sea.

The open space on the ground floor is minimal yet very warm and cosy. It includes the dining area next to the corner kitchen and the lounge area with sofas and a fireplace. The beautiful multi-chromatic ceramic floor, with its white, grey, and taupe palette, ties in all the furniture, blending their colours harmoniously.

This gorgeous room has direct access to the piece of resistance of the house, a stunning panoramic terrace with breath-taking sea views. An open set of stairs leads to the sleeping quarter on the first floor. The guest’s bathroom and laundry room complete the ground floor.

The villa’s living area opens onto a large and spacious terrace area where guests can relax in complete and utter privacy. Here is an ideal place for you to soak up the sun and work on your tan with a chilled glass of wine in your hand. There is no better way to spend a day in your Italian paradise. You can also enjoy mesmerizing views of clear blue Mediterranean waters.

The home features a large dining table that sits up to ten guests comfortably as is placed perfectly for al fresco meals. A different section of the outdoor space features a shaded patio and a large lounge daybed, a unique opportunity to relax and dedicate time to your reading or talking leisurely among friends.

This luxury villa Dione is far enough away from the touristy town of Cefalù but is still only a ten-minute drive from its amenities and services. This allows you peace and privacy as well as accessibility to the town. The property is comfortable and offers all the luxury and beauty you and your guests could desire. It is a beautiful starting point to many day trips on the northern coast, including sailing to the unique Aeolian archipelago or going for an excursion to Palermo (30 minutes), the rich and historical capital of Sicily.
