The pedestrian-friendly Taormina boasts a picturesque position, suspended on a cliff 200 meters above the sea, overlooking one of the most beautiful coastlines of the east part of Sicily, including the majestic Mount Etna.

The villa’s manicured garden boasts an immense sundeck with loungers and shades sided by a large swimming pool from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the coast below. Here is also a convenient BBQ area, ideal for the grilling connoisseurs out there, serving the furnished dining area situated in the adjacent covered patio. Enjoy dining outdoors with your guests under the warm sun. A large Jacuzzi for up to six people is set on one side of the garden, which can be heated for an extra, as well as some gym equipment. Private parking for one car as well as off-street parking is available for your convenience.

Ground floor
The spacious and bright living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace sided by comfortable white sofas and a large TV. The tiles decorating the mantel are works of local artists, as well as wall art. This only adds to the beauty and rustic Italian style of the home. An adjacent dining room with a table for 6 is served by a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen. A full bathroom completes this floor.

All the rooms in the main villa open to the patio and face the magnificent view of the Mazzarò bay below. From here you can enjoy magnificent views around the clock and, if you are a morning person, do not miss the sunrise from the garden. This is something you will never forget for the rest of your life. Enjoy a morning yoga session here or just savor a wonderful Italian cup of coffee.

The villa is ideal for groups of adults or couples. As there are a variety of accommodation options. The home can also be rented as a five-bedroom for smaller groups. It is located close to Taormina center which is reachable on foot by 210 roman steps – a 15-minute walk – where you can stroll among shops, restaurants, and cafés, and enjoy a lively nightlife (yet your restful sleep is assured). The villa is also stepping away from the cable car to the public beaches located on the coast below.

• Damage Liability: €500 to be remitted locally
• Due to the presence of many steps leading to the town center, the villa is not suitable for young children/strollers and/or guests with limited mobility.
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) which may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm; Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
• All extra services must be paid locally, before departure unless otherwise arranged

In the northern area, you might want to include Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Castelbuono, Erice, Segesta, Marsala, and Trapani to your must-see list. The island's eastern coast is also worth exploring, starting from the famous cities of Taormina, Catania, Syracuse, Noto, and Ragusa and the utterly unique volcanic peak of Mt. Etna.

Taormina, one of the most famous towns in Sicily, is located high atop Mount Tauro. The magnificent Mediterranean blue bay and the nearby smoldering Mt. Etna merge into a spectacular view that can be seen from almost any point in the city. Taormina is a haven for tourists, offering a great number of restaurants, bars, clubs, entertainment, and sports venues. Take a stroll along the Corso and be sure to stop at one of the local cafés for a taste of granite (the original version of Italian ice!) and a piece of frutta martorana (marzipan sweets).
