• Security Deposit: € 2000 to be held at the agency.
• Non-smoking villa – smoking permitted only outdoors.

• Extra bed (max 2) €100/day
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) which may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm; Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
• Late check-in fee: after 8:00 pm €60, after 12:00 am €80
• All services must be paid locally before departure unless otherwise arranged.
