Welcome to Confida, a luxury 4-bedroom villa located on the island of Sardinia, Italy.

This charming four-bedroomed property occupies a private and picturesque setting overlooking the island’s Emerald Coast. The entire estate comprises a main villa and two adjacent annexes, built around a pool terrace and surrounded by pretty gardens and a lush rural landscape. Confida can comfortably accommodate eight guests, including children over 6 years old. Two of the four bedrooms are located in the main villa, and two separate bedrooms have the added privacy of being in the annexes.

Confida, air-conditioned throughout, has a natural stone façade with traditional tiled roofs and terraces. The rustic exterior contrasts with an interior that is modern and elegantly furnished. Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly in this wonderful Italian home.

The living room has fabulous views across the pool terrace to the blue sea. The modern kitchen has access to the outdoor dining areas. There is a large outdoor covered terrace with plenty of space for your group to congregate each evening. A terrace barbecue grill is the perfect place for alfresco cooking, and there are several outdoor settings where you and your guests can have breakfast, enjoy a snack, or dine under the stars.

The large pool and integrated jacuzzi have an enviable setting on an elevated terrace overlooking the countryside. The Villa's neighbors are 200 meters away, so guests have a fabulous sense of privacy.

Early or late swims or a long soak in the jacuzzi and watching the sun move across the glorious terrain and sea are just some of the daily pleasures at Confida.
