Welcome to Erithia, a 4-bedroom luxury villa that is nestled overlooking the Emerald Coast in Italy. The villa is located in a tranquil and secluded area and is also within close proximity to the famous beach of Romazzino. This unique villa gives its sophisticated guests the opportunity to benefit from this elite area with its myriad of nightlife spots, golf clubs, and restaurants. The villa can accommodate up to eight guests over its expansive interior and exterior living spaces.

The villa is designed using a very elegant chic, neutral light blue color palette throughout its relaxed interiors. The architecture is captivating and seems to create a blend where it brings the outside in and the inside out. The incredible outdoor living space is perfect for you to enjoy the Sardinian weather and glistening sea views. The covered patio is fully furnished and embeds a barbeque and an alfresco dining area that can comfortably seat eight of your guests. The dining area looks out over the well-maintained lawn and lavish gardens. The area is bursting with an array of colors from the sweet-smelling flowers that grow all around the villa. Roll out your mat for some morning yoga as you look out over the vast ocean. The cushy sitting area with wrought iron lounge chairs faces the hypnotic blue-green water, a perfect spot for reading your favorite book as the breeze skims across your skin and you sip on a tangy cocktail. From the patio, just eight steps up, you can reach the private chlorine-free swimming pool that overlooks the bay. Let your stress float away as you slip into the crystallized pool and warm up under the suns radiance as you snooze on the comfortable sun loungers.

Villa Erithia follows a very open design living area and is incredibly spacious and airy. The space is flooded with natural light that bounces from the whitewashed walls and is bursting with colors as each room is laced with vibrant furnishings and delicate artwork. The living area is fitted with majestic high-rise ceilings and the wooden beams add a rich warmth to the room. The area is full of plush sofas and has a high-resolution TV. The room and has direct access from the French door out onto the private terrace offering breathtaking sea views. Only four steps up and you are in the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to try out some Italian recipes. The kitchen includes a 6-range stove, dishwasher, and stainless-steel sink and opens onto the terrace to facilitate serving meals al fresco. The large baby blue dining table can seat up to eight guests. The choice of a light blue palette is in absolute harmony with the magnificent surroundings and offers the perfect ambiance. A guest bathroom is also available.

The bedrooms in this luxurious property are fitted with soft lines and lavish furnishings. All bedrooms have air conditioning and direct access to the private terrace and garden areas. The Master bedroom is also fitted with a private bathtub. The luxurious Master Suite has a King-sized bed, there are two bedrooms with Large Queen-sized beds and the reaming bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed/twin bedroom.

The villa is only a short fifteen minutes drive from the glitzy Porto Cervo. For active golfers, Pevero Golf Club, including three beautiful 18-hole golf courses, is very close, and water sports are available all day at the Hotel Romazzino.

Located on the second biggest island in the Mediterranean, Sardinia is a serene and vibrant paradise. Explore the authentic southern coast and discover the beautiful beaches of the island. The incredible emerald waters are home to many varieties of sea life making snorkeling and scuba diving a must-do. The area enjoys unique ocean views and a mild climate.

Sardinia is also a hub for handicrafts, making it a souvenir shopper’s paradise. Look for wooden carnival masks, handmade lace, filigree jewelry, cork, and world-famous handmade knives.
