Casa Azul is a beautiful villa, focused on promoting peace and tranquillity while offering all the exceptional modern amenities and facilities you will need for the duration of your stay. This private location boasts serenity and provides incredible panoramic views of the eastern side of the island, the Atlantic Ocean and beyond.

A flight of stairs leads you down from the parking area to the wonderful main level of the villa. This level of the villa is spacious and bright and offers open and airy spaces, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with your guests. The main level is comprised of a compact well-appointed kitchen with a bar and stools, an attractive living room and dining area offering wonderful views of the outdoor pool area and the beautiful azure sea beyond. These spaces feature dark wood and white fabric. This gives a beautifully clean and contemporary look to the villa.

The main level of this stunning villa also houses the master bedroom which comprises a king-sized bedroom with en-suite bath. This room also features stunning views of the ocean below, a wonderful view to wake up to in the morning, guaranteeing a great start to your day in St Barths.

Wide sliding glass doors on the main level ensure an ocean view from practically every vantage point and also allow easy access to the beautiful teak terrace, abounding in comfortable outdoor seating, and a magnificent pool.

The 2nd level with its adjacent bedrooms includes a 2nd master offering a king bed, with en suite bath and a “kids-room” with 2 single beds. This room also features an en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing each guest privacy and comfort. Both rooms provide breath-taking sea views. For those looking for a more active vacation to St Barths Agave Azul also comes with a full air-conditioned fitness room that leverages the great views.

A fourth bedroom has recently been added and is situated on a level below the pool area. Villa Casa Azul is especially appropriate for families with a strong preference for a smoke-free environment, as the owners respectfully require that smoking be strictly limited to the terrace and that no candles be used anywhere on the property.

Marigot Beach and Grand Cul de Sac beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft.

Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay and the water warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish. You should definitely try lunch at O’Corail when you are there.
