OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
• Pool Information: The pool dimensions are 28' x 14'; pool depth is 4'. There is no lifeguard on duty.

SERVICES:

VILLA POLICIES:
• Air Conditioning allowance of up to $300 a week. It is metered separately, and excess is charged at the current market rate + 12% tax.
• Rates reflect an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom. This includes children/babies/infants.
