UTILITIES:
Electricity in the Turks and Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the lessee’s security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

LOCATION:
The Chalk Sound region is opposite the magnificent Chalk Sound National Park lagoon on the southwest side of Providenciales. Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay are two beautiful and sheltered beaches in the Chalk Sound region. Both beaches are typically a bit calmer than others and consistently shallower than other areas on the island and therefore make for beaches ideal for family fun under the sun.

The island of Providenciales covers an area of 38 square miles and has consistently been voted one of the finest beach destinations in the world. The mesmerizing turquoise waters which surround Providenciales are truly unique.

Providenciales provides a great selection of water sports with some of the world’s best diving and snorkeling opportunities in the surrounding waters. Kiteboarding, kayaking, and paddleboarding are extremely popular and fun activities with a great selection of aquatic life to be observed in their natural habitats, such as stingrays, turtles, conch, and even juvenile sharks.
