A short private pathway will allow you to stroll to your waterfront pavilion to relax or swim in the ambient waters. Conveniently, kayaks and paddleboards are at the pavilion, ideal for guests who like to explore the magnificent coastline from the water.

Up to eight guests can find secluded spaces throughout this gorgeous Villa to unwind in privacy, hang out in groups, or drift into a rejuvenating sleep. There's Wi-Fi/Internet connectivity throughout. The Villa has a traditional Caribbean vibe. Attractive white timber railings and large glass doors enhance a refined design. Aventine Villa has a quiet location in Chalk Sound National Park. Guests can swim out to the many small islands that dot the horizon. The large tropical garden provides a lovely level of privacy from nearby villas. Relaxing around the freshwater pool, overlooking one of the best views on the island, feels incredibly secluded and serene.

The Villa's four spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two king bedrooms have retractable glass walls leading to a furnished balcony with more stunning views.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer.

The upper-level reading room enjoys 360-degree views of the Sound and ocean. With windows that face each point of the compass, this is a place to curl up with a good book or meditate.

Outdoors, the deck wraps around the house. There are sunny and shaded spaces for relaxation, plus a barbecue and dining area for that perfect alfresco lunch. A screened veranda overlooking the pool deck is a bright and airy place to unwind in the shade.
