Welcome to Big Chill Villa, an expansive 6-bedroom villa that lies within the Leeward Settlement on the northeastern edge of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

A modern elegance encapsulates this villa, contemporary and sleek architecture that maximizes the space at the guests’ disposal. An extensive terrace that cleverly integrates into the design of the property frames a large swimming pool, making it a focal point of social gathering and fun. The terrace is decked out in an array of seating options, from sun loungers and canopy beds to the sunken lounge and firepit, so whether you’re aiming to soak up the sun or gaze up at the stars with the warmth of the crackling flames, you’ll be reluctant to head indoors. But never fear; the large retractable glass doors extend the living spaces out to the terrace, combining and blending indoor-outdoor living seamlessly, so you don’t miss out on either.

Inside, the décor is decidedly contemporary, with comfy and cosy furnishings to welcome guests and make them feel at home. The great room contains the kitchen, dining area and a lounge, and features two glass walls that give access to the terrace. If the heat becomes too much, pull the drapes and put on the air conditioning to maintain a pleasant climate indoors, but if a more radical approach is needed, take the plunge into the cool waters of the swimming pool and emerge refreshed.

The dining area, a beautifully polished marble slab table, sits between the lounge and kitchen, with seating for ten; alternatively, take the plates outside and experience an unforgettable Caribbean al fresco meal. The fully equipped kitchen is sleek with state-of-the-art appliances, handling any culinary challenges presented to it with ease. Whether you decide to cook for the villa, leave it to the hands of a professional chef or take a trip into town for dinner, Caribbean cuisine is readily available and always delicious. Situated within the Leeward settlement and along a canal, the villa is afforded its own private harbour for boats and yachts. Adventure seekers can take the kayaks onto the canal and explore or charter a boat to arrange a tour of the bay or the surrounding islands.

Palatially dressed beds and bedding in each of the bedrooms make sinking into the sheets each night a joy; designed to allow the mind to unclutter and unwind, only the essentials have been included to ensure the most restful and relaxing sleep possible. All six bedrooms are equipped with their own en-suite bathrooms, as well as access to a private or shared balcony. Four of the bedrooms are housed in the main villa, whereas the remaining two are situated in the guest house close by.
