• Additionally, a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $315 is mandatory. This safeguard ensures coverage for accidental damages to the property, up to $4,500, throughout your stay.

UTILITIES:
• The electricity cost in the Turks & Caicos Islands has historically been quite high.
• Recent global increases in fuel prices have further elevated these costs to an all-time high.
• Guests are kindly requested to be mindful of their energy usage, particularly about Air Conditioning (AC).
• When using the AC, please keep doors and windows closed to optimize efficiency.
• The vacation rental owner will cover electricity expenses up to $105.00 daily.
• On the final day of the rental period, the electricity meter will be read.
• Any usage exceeding the daily allowance will be charged to the guest's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per kilowatt-hour (KWH).
