Welcome to Sand and Sea, a luxurious, contemporary villa on the eastern side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. With seven spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodating 16-18 guests, this stunning Caribbean estate has a footprint of 34,000 square feet with almost 120 feet of canal waterfront. Your private pool and surrounding terrace and garden are the idyllic space to relax and soak up the sunshine while listening to the gentle lap of the turquoise water against your private dock.

The design of Sand and Sea is inspired. Three individual pavilions sit in a formation that keeps all the guests within easy reach of one another, yet ensuring there are blissfully quiet corners to decompress and soak in the warmth and tranquility of the Leeward Settlement. And when you want to gaze into the limitless horizons, a stunning sandy beach is a few short steps from your property.

The main pavilion is home to a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, a high-tech chef's kitchen, a relaxed dining space, and a half bath. This westward-facing room has large glass doors that slide open. It is the ultimate place for your group to gather for a formal dinner or to kick back after a day of fun activities around the islands.

The second pavilion, set over two floors, is home to 5 bedrooms, all ensuite. You will find your laundry room here too.

The third pavilion is a two-bedroom, self-contained guest villa. Both bedrooms are ensuite. This guest villa has a living room, kitchen, and dining area with a private terrace.

The outdoor grill on the main terrace is ideal for the Grill King and Queen in your party to showcase their skills. Delicious fresh fish and other gorgeous local produce can be transformed into delectable lunches or dinners that your guests can enjoy in barefoot splendor. Then, at night, when dusk sweeps across the horizon, and the stars appear, light your firepit and enjoy the peaceful beauty all around.
