• Recent global increases in fuel prices have further elevated these costs to an all-time high.
• Guests are kindly requested to be mindful of their energy usage, particularly about Air Conditioning (AC).
• When using the AC, please close doors and windows to optimize efficiency.
• The vacation rental owner will cover up to $45.00 daily electricity expenses.
• On the final day of the rental period, the electricity meter will be read.
• Any usage exceeding the daily allowance will be charged to the guest's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per kilowatt-hour (KWH).
