This property combines two buildings, the main villa and a separate annex. Both buildings have been designed with the same concept, and each features luxuries and comforts beyond what you could have dreamed of. On the ground floor, there is a large social open space with adjoining areas, a sitting area with a comfortable sofa, and chairs around a fireplace that adds warmth. To play with texture, rattan soft sofas and chairs, golden natural wood pieces, and object de décor are wistfully placed in the well-designed spaces. Both the villa and the annex are provided with fully equipped kitchens. A guest bathroom can be found in the main villa.

One of our favorite areas of this home is the outdoor area. The gardens are filled with manicured Italian foliage, including ancient trees, creating a serene atmosphere for guests. The property also features a wonderful outdoor pool lined with sun loungers and umbrellas, making for a wonderful space to enjoy a day under the sun. Take a refreshing dip in the pool to begin a peaceful day in this Tuscan paradise. The pool is also gated for children’s safety, giving you peace of mind.

Both buildings on the property offer balconies and covered outdoor areas for eating al fresco. Let the warm winds refresh you while you eat some delicious Italian cuisine. This is something we all dream of. However, the piece of resistance is the Annex’s panoramic terrace with a balustrade, enjoying beautiful views of the park and the typical Tuscan surrounding landscape during sunny summer days.

The combination of both properties allows for added privacy and space for guests. The annex is perfect for couples or younger members of the group looking for their own space while also being able to enjoy a family vacation. The annex is designed to complement the style of the main villa, creating a cohesive and pleasing property for all guests.

Besides the stunning renaissance city of Florence, the area west of the Art City is known for its beautiful landscapes, cultural attractions, and historic sites, from the medieval hilltop towns of San Miniato, known for its truffles and the local food markets and restaurants where visitors can sample the highly prized delicacy, to the village of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, and home to a dedicated museum where you can learn about the life and work of this famous Renaissance artist and inventor.

Not to forget, the medieval town of San Gimignano is known for its striking towers and beautiful architecture. Among this stunning landscape of rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and medieval villages, Aurelisia is an exquisite XV-century villa and annex that can host up to 16 guests; it is a great place to relax and unwind, a Tuscan dream of rare beauty and a feast for the senses.

The city of Florence overflows with timeless beauty. Strolling through the narrow medieval streets, you can admire architectural masterpieces such as Santa Maria Del Fiore, the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Pitti Palace, and the Ponte Vecchio.

There are many exceptional museums to visit, including the Academy of Fine Arts, home to Michelangelo's David. The scale of the 17-foot statue is truly breathtaking. Heading on to the Uffizi Gallery, you can admire world-renowned works of art, including Botticelli's The Birth of Venus and other Renaissance masterpieces. The most famous area to explore is the Chianti region, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must-see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole. Along the road, visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio, and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa.
