Your private villa is perched upon higher grounds overlooking the glistening Aegean Sea. Villa Aliki has a spacious, natural stone terrace which dominates the front of the property. The land surrounding the property is lush with many tropical plants and vivacious vegetation that makes the area burst with color. The villa has its own enclosed private garden with tropical trees and flowers. Here you can walk along the well-maintained lawn and roll out your yoga mat for some early morning stretches. You can slip into the refreshing pool for a refreshing swim at any stage of the day. Look out over the shimmering turquoise waters and watch the boats silently sail by. This private haven will melt your stresses away as you sunbathe out on the comfortable sun beds and soak in the suns warmth. Sit out in the outdoor dining area and enjoy a delicious lunch as the tropical breezes float through the air. You can walk down along the elongated decked bridge onto the suspended seating area if you wish and read your favorite novel as you float above the tranquil waters. The outdoor area includes a ping-pong table for you to challenge your guests to a fun game, to decide who’s making dinner! The villa is located a short 300m from the white sandy, shallow-watered beach of Loutraki. This is only a short five to ten-minute stroll. You can indulge in some refreshing swimming in the crystal clear turquoise waters, and snorkel within the lovely sheltered bay. The beach of Loutraki offers sunbeds and parasols as well as having a small cafe for simple lunches and a restaurant with authentic Cretan cuisine.

Villa Aliki has been designed using natural, environmentally friendly materials, combining the traditional architecture with the modern one. It follows a very traditional design and embraces an open-concept living space. This luxury villa rental is comprised of three floors. You will find the main living areas based on the top floor which is also the entrance level. The large living area is flooded with light due to the large windows and offers some of the best views the villa has to offer. The room is fitted with a study desk and plush sofa. The caramelized wooden floor makes the room feel very warm. This space is blended with the dining area and the open kitchen. The table seats up to eight guest and overlooks the Aegean Sea. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. The gentle use of soft pink pastel colors sets a very relaxed ambiance in the room. There are delicate paintings and artwork woven throughout this space and it creates a modern touch to this rustic room. The property is fully equipped with high-quality audio systems and secure Wi-Fi throughout the interior and exterior areas. There is also a guest bathroom located on this level.

The bridge level is where you will have access to the suspended seating area and this connects to the luxurious master suite. This spacious bedroom is fitted with a large double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. It also has access to its own private balcony where you can enjoy captivating views of the sea. There are two more bedrooms on this level that share a bathroom. The Lower floor, which is the garden level, holds the remaining two double en-suite bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a small kitchenette. The rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature always. Some also have high-resolution televisions for you to watch your favorite film as you fall asleep in the privacy of your own luxurious room.

Aliki is in a secluded area giving you a tranquil and serene ambiance while also not being based too far away from local towns, villages, and cities.
