Perfect for any guest looking for a picturesque getaway, Adria's lush garden, own private dock, charming exterior, and breathtaking views offer a perfect backdrop. The villa's ground floor terrace is where you and your guests are bound to spend much of your time, soaking up the incredible Lombardy sun. Complete with a charming alfresco dining area, why not enjoy some of your meals outdoors, cooled by the fresh breeze that blows from the lake, marvelling at the extraordinary surrounding vistas. AMENITIES AT EXTRA COST
• Electricity (incl. A/C), house and pool heating (gas) to be paid as per meter reading
• Additional housekeeping: €25 per hour/per staff member
• Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Security Deposit: €3,000 to be held at the agency
• Mandatory Utility Deposit: €500 to be remitted upon arrival in cash
• Mandatory Final cleaning: €700 to be remitted upon arrival in cash
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Note: The heated pool needs 24 hours to reach maximum temperature, so advance notice is required.
• Non-smoking villa
• Pets allowed upon request and subject to owner approval: €150 per week
• Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Check-out by 10:00 am
• Late arrival (between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am) to be pre-approved: fee €100
