Welcome to our villa Abby, a beautiful 3-bedroom villa located high up in Vitet with stunning views over the bay of Marigot, petit and Grand Cul de Sac lagoon. The villa has been designed in such a way that you have views from every room and offers remarkable privacy and peacefulness.
The villa has an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and a huge kitchen for preparing any type of meal as it is fully equipped. The villa is very spacious and the terrace is where everyone wants to be as the views from here are incredible.
On the main level, there is the Master bedroom which is located just off the kitchen and the other two bedrooms are located off the living room which is on the opposite side of the villa. All bedrooms are very similar in décor and layout
This villa has an indoor and outdoor living style making it ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
Bedroom 1: The large master bedroom offers spectacular views of the ocean and access to the office. The en suite bath includes a shower, double sink, water closet and bidet. The master suite includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and in-room safe.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom also offers spectacular views of the ocean. The en suite bath includes a shower, double sink, water closet and bidet, similar to bedroom #3. A king-size bed, air conditioning, bathrobes, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and in-room safe are also included.
Bedroom 3: Next to bedroom #2, this bedroom suite includes a 4-poster king-size bed and matching floor-to-ceiling mirror and offers a spectacular view of the ocean. The en suite bath includes a shower, a double sink, water closet and bidet. Other amenities include air conditioning, bathrobes, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and in-room safe.

Area description
High in the hills looking down over the valley of Grand Fond to the south or the lagoon at Grand Cul de Sac to the north, the neighbourhood of Vitet was long a well-kept St. Barth secret. Today, a number of new properties have opened this exceptionally calm and secluded region to visitors seeking fantastic views, sun-filled days and starry night skies. The nearest beaches are Lorient (less than 10 minutes away) and Saline (about 10 minutes away). Shopping for groceries is easy at the supermarkets, fruit and vegetable market or fish stand in Lorient. Gustavia is 15 to 20 minutes away.
