Welcome to Villa Sunshine, an exquisite Greek property overlooking Choulakia Bay on the island of Mykonos.

This stylish Villa is a multi-level residence offering attractive accommodations for the discerning traveler. With six air-conditioned bedrooms, the dazzling white of the property is offset beautifully by the blue of your private infinity pool that merges with the Aegean Sea beyond. As you can imagine, the views are dramatic and romantic, capturing what makes Greece such a wow destination.

You will be captivated by the white houses dotted across rugged hills sweeping downwards to the pretty beaches fringed by quaint villages. This Villa is located on Mykonos's western side, ideally situated within easy access to Mykonos Town and other of important island hot spots.
Villa Sunshine is laid out for a group or family who enjoys a little space during their holiday sojourn. The main house has four bedrooms distributed across the upper and lower levels. Additionally, two adjacent guest houses are just along the pool terrace. There's a lovely garden space around the property too, with the ubiquitous olive trees creating a traditional Mediterranean feel. The property's enviable location on a hill ensures unimpeded views of the sea and the surrounding coastal areas.

The westward orientation of this gorgeous Villa captures the best sunsets. As dusk creeps in, wonderful evenings on your pool terrace are spectacular. The orange, mauve, and gold on your horizon merge into a unique artwork as the sun slips below the shimmering sea.

The main Villa is spread over three levels. The lower level has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There's a living room space here too. A small dining table for four guests is accessed from this level. The Living Room on the lower level opens into the garden. There are window screens on every balcony door and window.

The ground floor level opens to the pool area. The fully-equipped kitchen is on this level, with a guest WC, a large living room with a TV and HiFi, a dining area, and the outdoor pergola dining space.

The master bedroom is on the upper level and has a furnished terrace. The views are divine!

The two guest houses are at the lower level and open into the garden. As a result, there's a lovely sense of airy openness in how the Villa has been developed. Light, bright, and fresh, are the words that best describe Villa Sunshine. The quality and soft-toned neutral furnishings that offset the pure white interiors add another layer of beauty to your vacation experience.

You will be delighted to find lovely quiet spaces to sit and read but larger relaxation spaces where you and your fellow guests can mingle and plan your Greek odyssey. Private breakfasts enjoyed at smaller dining settings make a nice change from larger gatherings under the pergola. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, you will love firing up your barbecue and preparing memorable feasts for your group. The local ingredients, including freshly caught fish, incredible bread, cheese, wine, and olives, bring something so enriching to each gathering.

Guest House 2:
Bedroom 6: Double bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, A/C, direct access to the garden.

A passport is required for non-residents on arrival. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Booking deposit and security deposit required.

LOCATION:
Villa Sunshine is aptly named as it is located on one of the Greek islands that boast 300 days of sunshine yearly. In the Cyclades group, the Island of Mykonos has a land size of about 33 square miles (85 sq km). It has become synonymous with the Greek Isle party scene for the DJ late-bars and restaurants around Paradise Beach.

But if you are visiting Mykonos for traditional Mediterranean island relaxation, you'll find plenty of that too. Pretty sandy or pebble beaches encircle the island. You will always find a quiet beach suitable for exploring the turquoise haven of the Aegean Sea. You will certainly never be bored. There’s just so much to see and do.

The main town of Mykonos, known locally as Chora, is a happy mix of old-style Greece fishing port and bustling modernity. You will find wonderful shopping and dining along the narrow streets.

A short walk from Chora's center is the unforgettable Little Venice, where traditional multicolored fisherman houses are built over the sea; this is one of the most romantic and fun places to dine.

Windmills, ancient churches, and a lighthouse are wonderful local treasures to explore. Around every bend is another picture-perfect view of the coastline.

If you are interested in Greek mythology stories, jump on one of the boat tours to nearby Delos. UNESCO has designated Greece's holy island as a World Heritage Site. There are ancient ruins to explore, walking in the footsteps of the gods. It is believed that the twins Artemis and Apollo were born on Delos – do a little research before you visit so you get the most from the day out.
