This magnificent property is located in Agios Stefanos, a beautiful area in Mykonos boasting incredible views and easy access to beautiful beaches and fantastic amenities and facilities. This wonderful 275sqm private villa sits on an expansive 2,000sqm plot. This makes it ideal for a large group and will allow plenty of space for each guest. The exceptional views of the Aegean Sea and the multicolored sunsets will create the perfect backdrop for a vacation in this Grecian paradise.

The main villa consists of three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. There is also a beautiful living area and a kitchen. This open-plan area offers direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor garden, through a large balcony door. This fusion of indoor and outdoor living will allow for a bright indoor space filled with beautiful sunlight.

The outdoor terrace is an obvious favorite element of the property. This space boasts a wonderful 80sqm t-shaped pool lined by sun loungers. Spend your days here soaking up the warm sun, reading a book, or spending time with family and friends. The opportunities for relaxation and entertainment are endless.

The outdoor area also boasts a superb lounge/dining area covered by a pergola. This will offer shade from the sun on those particularly hot days. The large dining table can seat up to 8 guests, and the lounge adjacent will be the perfect place to relax after a meal with a delicious beverage. Views of the sea perfectly compliment this space. There will be no better place to complete a day in Greece than the outdoor terrace.

The property is completed with a BBQ and bar. This makes the property ideal for entertaining your guests. There is also a soccer court and parking for up to four cars.

Guest house 2: The second guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C system, and guests have direct access to courtyard where they can relax in the sitting area.
Guest House 3: The third guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C, and direct access to the courtyard.
Guest House 4: The fourth guest house in located close to the main house, and it consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a sofa & a small kitchen, and an A/C system. Guests have direct access to the pool and the garden, beautiful sea view.
