Within the peaceful oasis of Parco Silvania in Anacapri, surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation and lemon trees, Villa Giada is deservedly one of the most luxurious villas on the Island of Capri. The expansive property offers over 1000 square meters, together with its unique position within one of the most prestigious residential areas on the island, guarantees maximum privacy and relaxation and, at the same time, allows you to enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the unforgettable Capri sunsets.

Entirely renovated in 2021, Villa Giada offers four beautiful bedrooms for eight adults spread across two floors. An entire floor in the villa is dedicated to the master bedroom, which features a wood-burning fireplace, walk-in robe, ensuite bathroom with the unique feature of being built directly in stone, and a large living area with a TV room.

The second floor is dedicated to the remaining three suites with double beds. Suite 1 has an ensuite bathroom with Italian marble finishes. Suites 2 and 3 have a shared bathroom finished in precious white Carrara marble.

The villa is completed with a modern dining room, a living room with amazing views overlooking the sea, and a modern kitchen, equipped with professional accessories. The property also includes a separate annex for staff which offers our guests top-level service available at any time of day.

The outdoor area of the villa is one of the most beautiful and is definitely a place you will spend time with family and friends. The space is perfect for socializing and offers a relaxing and beautiful environment for all to enjoy. The outdoor area is surrounded by lemon trees and features a large swimming pool with a solarium, sun loungers, and various lounge spaces. It is an area of ultimate relaxation and an unforgettable experience.

Villa Giada has a private vegetable and herb garden, expertly cured and created by the chef, which provides fresh products every day for an exquisite culinary experience. • Built in 2021, is the latest walk–around yacht to be created by Fiart Mare.
• Its large cockpit, above average size for its class, has an enormous “u” shaped sofa that can be converted into a sunbathing or lunch area.
• The interior features a comfortable bow bed, a kitchen, and a toilet.
• Available daily on the reservation.

LOCATION:
A jewel of southern Italy, the island of Capri is famous for many reasons. It has jaw-dropping natural beauty, delicious cuisine, and world-class shopping. It’s also a place to see and be seen – there’s a reason why so many celebrities anchor their yachts in Marina Grande.

This world-famous public square’s official name is Piazza Umberto 1. In the Caprese dialect, it’s called a chiazza, but it’s best known as the Piazzetta. Here, the clock tower chimes every 15 minutes, while the various cafés are full around the clock, from early-morning cappuccino drinkers to late-night, after-dinner digestivo sippers. The busiest time is before dinner when the well-dressed stop for a drink.

On a hot summer day, beaches in Capri are packed, so the best way to experience the refreshing water without the hordes of people is on a boat. Hire a skipper and spend a few hours swimming in rocky coves and emerald-green grottos. If you are short on time, there are also larger crafts that give one-hour tours around the island.
