The luxurious villa boasts breathtaking views of the Faraglioni – the iconic towering rock formations which jut out from the Mediterranean just off the island's coast. Surrounded by lush gardens rich with native flowers and vegetation, this tranquil escape offers 3 stunning terraces for you to enjoy. Just outside the kitchen, the first terrace is perfectly furnished for an enjoyable al fresco dining experience under a large sun umbrella and a mature tree. Down the staircase to the second terrace, this level featuring a private travertine swimming pool, this is the perfect spot for working on your tan or relaxing with a drink by the poolside. This level also features a changing room and shower. Finally, the third terrace on the lowest level is perfect for taking in picture-perfect views of the Italian coast on a summer's evening, as the scent of the surrounding lemon trees permeates the air.

The living area is decorated with a mix of traditional furniture and accessories in a coastal palette of maritime blues and white that ties together with the spectacular coastal views framed by arched picture windows. Complete with a cozy fireplace, the sitting room is a haven of relaxation. The galley kitchen packs abundant storage and working space to prepare meals for friends and family in the evenings you choose to enjoy dining at home.

Villa Litodora features 4 spacious bedrooms, all comprised of comfortable beds with stunning views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. On the ground floor, the king bedroom enjoys an uninterrupted view of the water right from your bed. The large windows allow a flow of the fresh coastal breeze to keep you cool as you escape the hot midday sun. Both lower floor king bedrooms have well-equipped en-suite bathrooms, including a tub and wall-mounted showers, as well as enjoying direct access to the pool terrace and garden. These two bedrooms can be changed into twin rooms if needed, a great option for children or teens in the group.
