Welcome to Villa Dorata a fabulous 5 bedroom property perched on the cliffside (190 steps) just above the picturesque town of Positano. Boasting spectacular views of the Amalfi coast and the Mediterranean Sea it really is a haven of peace and tranquillity. The property has a very grandeur décor and comes with a full–services Spa and treatments and its own wine cellar.

Inside Villa Dorata you will find the walls adorned with beautiful pieces of artwork, there is a grand fireplace in the main living room which is quite eye-catching, antique furnishings are aplenty and compliment the vaulted ceilings and Italian tiled floor. Overhead you will see a majestic piece of a crystal chandelier. The kitchen is a delight for any budding chef; it comes with 2 pizza ovens, modern-styled appliances and you can even take part in the complimentary cooking classes which are offered daily.

The main level of the villa has 2 master’s bedrooms that feature en suite bathrooms and a sitting room area for relaxation. They also have access to private terraces which are wonderful to sit out on and take in the sea view. The upper level has 2 junior suites, both with ensuite bathrooms and also has fantastic views of Positano and the coastline. There is an additional 5 bedroom with a single bed and private bathroom nearby which would suit a teenager or ever a nanny.

This luxury villa has a wealth of amenities which include a large swimming pool with a waterfall, a private Spa with a Turkish steam bath, hot tub, sauna and massage room. There is also a large terrace area for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or gathering with friends for cocktails and watching the sun setting.

Waking up here is very pleasant, daily continental breakfasts will be awaiting your arrival in the dining area or even on the terrace, whichever you prefer. If you would like dinner prepared for you, there is a cook service also included. Positano which is a 15-minute stroll from the villa is known not only for its picturesque setting but also for its exceptional restaurants and cafes. These are a “must visit” when vacationing on the Amalfi coast.

Villa Dorata offers an amazing and relaxing escape. Spend your days visiting the luxurious island of Capri or the lost city Pompei and come home to a relaxing Spa treatment and a beautiful home-cooked meal on the seafront terrace.
