The villa boasts nine double bedrooms, each accompanied by its own bathroom and a 22” Full HD TV, accommodating a total of 20 guests, with the flexibility to convert some double beds into singles. Each room is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a bathroom with a shower, and the entire house is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity. For added convenience, there is a lounge room with a fireplace, a 46” Full HD TV, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The floor cooling or heating system, adjustable floor by floor, ensures a comfortable stay throughout the villa.

The main villa unfolds across the ground floor, mezzanine floor, and first floor, each level offering a unique ambiance. Two of these bedrooms are designed as "suites," complete with canopies and an additional bed.
