Welcome to Mulino al Suono, located about 1 kilometer away from Badia Agnano, Tuscany.

An ancient stone villa offering ample outdoor spaces, a private swimming pool spanning 140 square meters, sun loungers, a wood-fired pizza oven, a billiard room, and a dining area along with a terrace accommodating up to 25 people comfortably. Nestled within an organic farm, the villa provides a serene retreat for guests.

Mulino al Suono consists of three apartments situated on different levels, ensuring privacy, although the spacious layout facilitates group gatherings for meals and socializing.

The first two apartments are housed within the historic mill dating back to 1100, while the New Mill, still preserving its original millstones, dates to 1800.

The old mill, powered by a nearby stream which now meanders alongside the property, once supplied flour to the surrounding area under the patronage of the Benedictine Abbey of Badia Agnano. The swimming pool now sits where the stream used to flow.

The house boasts a 2000 square meter enclosed swimming pool area with an asymmetrical design and an external foot-washing shower. Additionally, there is a covered terrace spanning approximately 60 square meters, outfitted with tables, chairs, a brick barbecue, and an external wood-burning oven.

A covered gazebo housing a table tennis setup adds to the recreational amenities. Guests can relax under the sunbathing gazebo or on provided sun loungers by the poolside.

Guests also have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine for their convenience.

Parking is plentiful, with space for 12 vehicles within the 4000 square meter property.
