The home is beautifully nestled on the beachfront at Emerald Point in Turks and Caicos. The home has an oceanfront advantage as well as being a short distance from Grace Bay and Leeward Settlement.

It is simply breathtaking with crystal clear waters and the softest white sands imaginable. There are virtually no rocks or seaweed, and the entire stretch of beach is completely pollution-free. There is a barrier reef located 1.6 kilometres offshore which protects Grace Bay Beach from any sea swells.
