SOUTHAMPTON

For a taste of a traditional old money Hampton Experience, we recommend heading to the pretty town of Southampton. Our Hamptons rentals in this lovely area are gloriously opulent with incredible locations on or close to the ocean. All come with swimming pools, hot tubs, and space to enjoy a relaxed and luxurious home away from home.

Southhampton's four main beaches include Coopers Beach, Flying Point Beach, Ponquogue Beach, and Meschutt Beach. If you fancy a day away from the beach, there are plenty of other options such as fabulous shopping, Agawam Park, The Arts Center, Shinnecock Golf Club, and East County Park and a great history museum.

SAG HARBOUR

Sag Harbour is another popular choice for people looking for Hamptons Rentals. Sag Harbour is a charming village with a centuries-old main street located on the north side of the South Fork of Long Island. There is a pretty harbour with boats bobbing to the backdrop of an ancient weathered windmill.

Foster Memorial Beach is, of course, one of the main attractions, but there are also plenty of other things to do. Some of these include the Sag Harbour Whaling and Historical Museum, the Bay Side Theatre and center for Arts, Harbour Marine Park, Heavens Beach, and a great selection of shops and restaurants.

MONTAUK

Montauk is another great Hamptons base where you will find some of the areas best Hamptons Rentals. Montauk is much more relaxed and laid back then the rest of The Hamptons. It has its location at the east end of the Long Island Peninsula, and when you look out to sea from here, the next stop is Ireland. Montauk is known for its beautiful beaches such as Ditch Plains, Sunset Beach, and Kirk Park Beach. It is also well known for its strong Atlantic waves, making it a surfers paradise.

At the very tip of the peninsula is the location for the Montauk Point State Park and Lighthouse. Built-in 1796 and there is a museum which displays interesting historical documents which were signed but Us President George Washington. It is a beautiful and exciting place to explore Montauk is excellent for adventure lovers as it is possible to go fishing, hiking, horseback riding, biking, and even cross country skiing in the winter. Montauk Village comprises of one main street lined with lovely local shops. One of the things the locals pride themselves in is the fact that there are no designer labels and shops in Montauk. It is unpretentious, down to earth, and beautifully laid back.

BRIDGEHAMPTON

Bridgehampton is another old money town with incredible historic homes and some of the finest Hamptons Rentals. Bridgehampton is the largest of the East Hampton towns and villages, and the town centre is full of fabulous shops, restaurants, and cafes. There is a wonderful low-key, understated luxury about Bridgehampton.

The closest beaches include Gibson Beach, Mecox Beach, Sagg Main Beach, and Ocean Road Beach. It is worth driving to the beach just to admire the immense mansions surrounded by manicured lawns and gorgeous gardens on the way.

Asides from the beach, some of the top things to do in Bridgehampton include a visit to the Children's Museum, the Wölffer Estate Vineyard, the Channing Daughters Winery, and the South Fork Natural History Museum. And last but not least, Bridgehampton is home to the very famous Hamptons Classic Horseshow.

THE BEACHES

Visitors come from far and wide to enjoy the glistening beaches that stretch along the southern shores of long island. One of the most beautiful is Cooper's Beach which has its location in the pretty town of Southampton. Enormous mansions and Hamptons Vacation Rentals line the beautiful white sandy beaches. Many of the mansions are owned by well-heeled New Yorkers who come each summer to escape the heat and enjoy the beauty and social scene. Other beautiful and famous beaches include Two Mile Hollow Beach in East Hampton, Atlantic Avenue Beach in Amagansett, Cuprous Beach in Westhampton, and Kirk Park Beach in Montauk.

RESTAURANTS

The restaurant scene is big business in the Hamptons. The Hamptons is where you will experience some of the freshest and most delicious seafood on the planet in relaxed and laid back surroundings. The Hamptons offers everything from simple lobster and taco joints to celebrity packed hotspots such as Nobu, Nick and Tonis, and Bostwick's Chowder House in East Hampton and Almond in Bridgehampton.

Expect to see some celebrities sitting next to you such as Barbra Streisand, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Tom Hanks, and Brad Pitt. Many famous people have summer homes in the Hamptons such as Jimmy Gallon, Alex Baldwin, and some of the Real Housewives.

THE HAMPTON CLASSIC

The Hampton Classic takes place at the end of August in Bridgehampton each year and is one of the most extensive and exclusive horse shows in the United States. The Hampton Classic attracts international showjumpers from all over the world. But it is not just for horse people as it is also one of the most significant social events of the year in the Hamptons. Many of the worlds luxury brands such as Hermes and Longines, take significant sponsorships of the show. It is the place to see and be seen. The highlight is the Longines Grand Prix which takes place on the last Sunday of the event.

Villa Filioli can accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably and offers complete privacy in its' private estate, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens. This delightful house exudes elegance and boasts exquisite furnishings and décor throughout. Oversized, bright, airy rooms and living areas provide a welcoming and comfortable space for everybody staying at the villa. The kitchen and dining areas are an aspiring cooks' dream, and each bedroom is immaculately turned out in all senses of the word.
