Montauk Paradise is a two-storey home which can sleep up to 18 guests and is superb for a getaway vacation for extended family. This quirky upside-down villa is built into the side of a hill and offers excellent amenities for fun and relaxing times.

Montauk Paradise is large on space, both inside and out, taking up 8,500 square feet of prime location space and featuring double high ceilings. Even at full capacity, with 18 guests, there is still ample room to give everybody a sense of freedom. It really is a very unique place to spend quality time with your family. Whether it be for an upscale getaway vacation, or to celebrate a milestone occasion, you will be sure to have an unforgettable time at Montauk Paradise.

When you step through the front door at first floor level, the impressive and welcoming large bright foyer with sweeping staircase unusually leads to 3 bedrooms, a media room and a gaming room. You can choose to walk or take the elevator to the living space on the upper second floor where rooms seem to flow beautifully into one another.

Décor throughout is chic minimalist, bright and cheerful. A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen provides the perfect setting for any aspiring cooks and chefs in your group. The kitchen features informal dining options with a 10-person table and a 4-person counter whilst the more formal dining room can seat up to 16. The main living room is truly spectacular and very inviting, with a grand fireplace surrounded by oversize couches and seating in every corner.

From the living room, you can venture out to the elaborate deck area, where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. With both a Media Room and a Gaming Room, there is plenty to keep everybody entertained indoors.

A Seawater Spa is conveniently located very close by, where you can enjoy Roman Baths, Finnish Rock Saunas and an authentic Thalasso Centre.

Three of the spacious seven bedrooms occupy the first floor of the house, whilst four are situated on the second floor.

Outside, there is a heated swimming pool, surrounded by a patio with many sun loungers. Here you can enjoy a good book and sip a cool iced drink, only glancing up to enjoy the ocean views ahead of you. A fabulous Al Fresco dining area, with large dining table is ideal for catching Hampton Sunsets.
